Government Parliamentary Services is blocking all emails to MP’s from our server so we have had to change the system we use.  Instead of the easy to use “Contact Your MP” mass mailer that sent emails from our server, we have set-up a new mailer method below that will send the emails from your own email address so it doesn't get blocked and is much more effective.

Please read the instructions before proceeding

Note: For options 2 - 10 below in section A, a new email will open on your computer with the MP’s email addresses already in the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) address bar.

1. Select from one of the nine options below.
   1. click here To email MP’s individually, one at a time (select the email from the MP’s contact list that opens on a new page)
      
   2. Click here To email all Labour MP's,
   3. Click here To email all NZ First MP's,
   4. Click here To email all United Future MP's,
   5. Click here To email all Maori MP's,
   6. Click here To email all Progressive MP’s
   7. Click here To email all National MP's,
   8. Click here To email all Act MP's
   9. Click here To email all Greens MP’s
   10. Click here To email all Independant MP's
       (you can add or delete email addresses) 
       
       
   Please note: if your on a Mac using entourage you need to replace the semicolon ; with a comma , between all the email address in the bcc field
   
   

2. Type a message in the subject line of your email.

3. Create and add your own letter into the body of the email. If you want to send the same email to each party copy and paste your letter from the first into the other emails that you open up. 

4. Add your name at the bottom of your email and send!
